What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM until 8:30PM
Check-out time is until 10:00 AM.
Is there an age limit for staying at the hostel?
Yes, guests must be between 18-50 years old to stay in dormitory rooms. Unfortunately our facilities are not suitable and comfortable for guests over 50s!!!
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome but they must stay at the backyard with our cats.
What is the smoking policy?
Chania Hostel Youth is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Designated smoking area are available at the backyard
What is the policy on noise?
We kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM). Please keep noise to a minimum in shared spaces and rooms to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
What are the rules regarding alcohol and drug use?
Responsible consumption of alcohol is permitted. However, excessive drinking and any illegal drug use are strictly prohibited on the premises. Guests found violating this policy may be asked to leave.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least one week prior to the check-in date to avoid a cancellation fee. Please refer to your booking confirmation for detailed cancellation terms.
